Submit registration on line below (preferred) or print out and mail/fax the form to Audrey Zelanko below.  You may pay either by credit card or check/purchase order.  Once you submit your registration form on line, a payment form will direct you to pay by credit card on line or print out a form and mail with payment by check or money order.  Please note registration fees below.  Registration will be closed Monday, June 9th.  Remember that hotel registration is separate; go to the Hotel Information web page. 

Registration fees are as follows:

  • $130 for a full conference pass paid by May 12
  • $145 for a full conference pass paid starting May 13
  • $35 for a Tuesday or Friday daily conference pass
  • $65 for a Wednesday or Thursday daily conference pass
